Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order enters fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible; in that case, please follow our Returns and Refund Policy.
Cancellations by JIEASUI
We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, if payment cannot be verified, or for any other reason described in our Terms of Service. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a refund for the affected amount to your original payment method.
